Carl F. Bucherer – Patravi ScubaTec
You may leave this strap on dry land, but this does not make Patravi ScubaTec an ideal diving watch.
In addition to the banker aesthetics after get off work, this watch is also equipped with first-class practical features. Helium valve, luminous hands, crown protection, anti-reflective coating, 500-meter water resistance and unidirectional bezel are essential features of diving watches. But what touched us is that it deserves the character of the boss. The shiny 18k rose gold case undoubtedly enhances its temperament. With a rubber strap, this watch is also available in a stainless steel case.
Carl F. Bucherer Patravi Scubatec is equipped with CFB 1950.1 movement. This self-winding movement contains 25 or 26 jewels, and the mainspring can store 38 hours of energy.
Staring at the sturdy bottom cover, I can't help but wonder how the internal movement is performed. I have seen other timepieces from this clock company in Lucerne. These timepieces include the exhibition back cover. For this reason, I have been able to see the impressive finishing. Nevertheless, in this case, I cannot comment on the decoration of the movement parts, because my discerning eyes cannot see all kinds of splints, motherboards, etc.
There is no doubt that one aspect has to do with the accuracy of this Scubatec. This timepiece is an astronomical observatory and comes with an independent guarantee of COSC certification. During the time I owned this Swiss timepiece, it behaved very accurately.
It turns out that my courtship of Carl F. Bucherer Patravi Scubatec was very pleasant. I did not perfect our relationship by swimming in the sea and exploring the underground world 30 meters below the surface of the sea. However, I suspect that wearers of diver's watches rarely explore the potential of their watch of choice.
This may cause some readers to think that the diver's watch is irrelevant. they are not. Dive watches usually provide a highly clear display, which is easy to read both day and night. The shell structure is usually very strong and suitable for daily use. Finally, for wearers who often forget to take off their cherished watches before bathing, showering or swimming, diving watches can be a good way to avoid water. Scubatec can accomplish all of these and more, and adds the guarantee of COSC certification.
The 18-carat gold and black titanium case is very attractive. I find it suitable for both formal and casual wear, and is a complement to any outfit. When sitting contentedly on my wrist, the watch provides excellent wearing comfort.
However, there is an elephant in the room. Although this watch is sturdy in structure, it is very suitable for diving. Personally, I think the steel case version of the watch is more suitable for scuba diving. This will share many of the attributes of my news loan, but it proves to be much cheaper. In my opinion, the idea that this beautiful gold wraps Scubatec and hits underwater rocks is sacrilegious. Carl F. Bucherer Patravi Scubatec should be worn on dry land. Over time, it is worth cherishing, admiring and savoring.
